Young adults called to share their faith and accompany their peers along journey towards Christ

Young adults were invited to participate in an encounter centered on Christ in the Eucharist at World Youth Day San Antonio held at St. Peter Prince of the Apostles Church November 20.

“Where is God calling you?” was the theme of the event, with attendees learning about vocations to the married life, single life, priesthood, and religious life. The evening included a Holy Hour, time for confessions, a Mass celebrated by Archbishop Gustavo García-Siller and concelebrated by Auxiliary Bishop Gary Janak with music provided by the San Antonio Young Adult Choir, a dinner social, and a panel of keynote speakers who talked about living their vocations to the fullest.

The archdiocesan Department of Pastoral Ministries, Vocations Office, Diaconate Office, and Office for Religious and Consecrated Life collaborating on organizing the gathering.
